We Take Care of You Every Step of the Way
The Stone Clinic concierge service is run by our patient coordinators who provide you with an extremely high level of guidance and support from the moment you call the Clinic to the day you achieve your goals.
We start by collecting all of your medical records, previous x-rays and MRIs, operative reports from surgery, and any other relevant information to your injury or issue.
We take the time to help you understand what a visit is like at The Stone Clinic, what to expect, who you will meet, and how you will be cared for. If you are traveling internationally or coming in from out of town or for surgery, below are resources to assist you with planning your visit.
Our nurse will coordinate any prescriptions you may need and plan for your post-op recovery appointments. Daily or sometimes twice-daily physical therapy visits will be scheduled with our team. To ensure the continuity of your care once you return home, The Stone Clinic physical therapy team offers virtual physical therapy sessions and can also coordinate your program with your local physical therapist.
Your entire experience will be managed carefully to ensure your optimal outcome.

Tips for Booking Accommodations:
- Ground floor or elevator access.
- Request a handicap-accessible room to make it easier to move around while using crutches.
- Room with mini fridge/freezer or kitchenette so you can have snacks, drinks, and ice readily available.
