If you're in the San Francisco Bay Area, please book an appointment to see us in person. If like many of our patients, you don't live in the Bay Area, we offer a complimentary phone consultation service.
The Stone Clinic uses an innovative smartphone platform called Hale Health to coordinate its virtual consultations.
Hale is a secure smartphone application that provides a simple way to conveniently communicate and coordinate the details of your consultation and treatment.
No need for email. You may message Clinic staff directly through this app, keeping all your planning documents and conversations about your care right at your fingertips. It only takes 2 minutes to sign up.
Step 1: Phone Consultation Form
Register for the Hale platform and complete a short questionnaire requesting information regarding the joint of concern as well as demographic information. Please click the button below to get started. It takes 2 minutes to sign up and get connected with The Clinic.
Step 2: Collect and prepare your images and documents
Please collect all operative photos, operative reports, typed radiology reports, MRI’s, and x-rays for the affected joint. We require that images have been completed in the last six months to one year as well as any typed radiology reports that you may have that accompany those images. All images must be postoperative, meaning after any previous surgeries.
Step 3: Send us your medical images and information
You can send The Clinic your imaging online or via mail. You may transfer your medical imaging safely and securely to The Stone Clinic online using our imaging uploader tool Purview Viva. Simply drag and drop the files of your x-ray or MRI from your CD/DVD or thumb drive into the uploader and they will be securely transmitted to the staff at The Clinic.
