Arrange a Complimentary Consultation
If you're in the San Francisco Bay Area, please book an appointment to see us in person by contacting us at +1 (415) 563-3110. If, like many of our patients, you don't live in the Bay Area, we offer a complimentary virtual consultation service.
The Stone Clinic uses a secure, innovative smartphone platform called Hale Health to coordinate its virtual consultations. No need for email. You may safely message Clinic staff directly through this app, sending us your medical history and scheduling your consultation with Dr. Stone. It only takes 2 minutes to sign up.
Step 1: Complete Registration Form on your Phone
Register for the Hale smartphone platform and complete a short questionnaire on your phone requesting information regarding the injured joint and your medical history. Please click the button below to get started. It takes 2 minutes to sign up and get connected with our Consultation Coordinator who will assist you in scheduling your consultation.
Step 2: Collect & Prepare your Medical Imaging & Reports
Please collect all operative photos, operative reports, typed radiology reports, MRIs, and x-rays for the affected joint. We require that medical imaging have been completed in the last six months to one year as well as any typed radiology reports that you may have that accompany those images. All images must be postoperative, meaning after any previous surgeries.
Step 3: Send Us Your Medical Imaging & Reports
You can send The Clinic your imaging online or via mail. You may transfer your medical imaging safely and securely to The Stone Clinic online using our imaging uploader tool Purview Viva. Simply drag and drop the files of your x-ray or MRI from your CD/DVD or thumb drive into the uploader and they will be securely transmitted to the staff at The Clinic.
If you cannot send your imaging via our Purview tool. You may mail the CD/DVD of your medical imaging directly to The Stone Clinic using the address below:
