Our concierge service

We take care of you every step of the way

The Stone Clinic concierge service is run by our patient coordinator who provides you with an extremely high level of guidance and support from the moment you call the clinic to the day you achieve your goals.

We start on the phone with you to ensure that all of your medical records, previous x-rays and MRIs, videos from surgery and any other relevant information is in our hands when we see you in the office.

We take the time to help you understand what a visit is like at The Stone Clinic, what to expect, who you will meet and how you will be cared for. If you are traveling internationally or coming in from out of town or for surgery, the patient coordinator will help you find a place to stay (hotels, apartments, etc. suggested list below) and arrange for a car service to pick you up as you desire.

Our nurse will coordinate any prescriptions you may need and plan for your post op recovery appointments. Daily or sometimes twice daily physical therapy visits will be scheduled with our team.

Your entire experience will be managed carefully to ensure your optimal outcome.

For concierge assistance, please call (415) 563-3110.

Find a Stone trusted physical therapist

The Stone Clinic has trained many physical therapists (PTs) around the world in the post-operative protocols required for our biologic and robotic joint replacements.

The Stone Clinic Method includes:

  • Whole person healing
  • Rehab protocols for biologic procedures
  • Rehab protocols for robotic-assisted joint replacement procedures

If you are coming from out of town, we can help you find out if there is Stone trained PT near you.

Or, you would like to work with your own PT, we can offer them free online course in the Stone Clinic Method, should they be interested in taking advantage of that. Learn more

To cut, or not to cut? To repair, or to let heal? To rehab without fixing? To live with imperfect parts? Each of these questions is faced every day by surgeons and their patients. Here are a few decisions about incisions.
Mind, Body, Gut Connection
Gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free…all these variations of diets originally designed to address irritable bowels are exploding—apparently, because people’s bowels are now explosive. Celiac, diverticulitis, irritable bowel syndrome, and their relatives are being diagnosed more frequently than ever. As a society, Americans are becoming both more mindful and more stressed. Could these be linked through the gut?
