Rehabilitation Programs and Protocols
At The Stone Clinic, we believe that no one injury is like another. Outcomes depend upon your history and your personal goals. The goal of our physical therapy team is to help you to reach your goal regardless of whether it is to be able to play pain free with your kids or to compete in a triathalon. In fact, we aim to get you fitter, faster, and stronger®than before your injury.
To achieve this, our experienced physical therapists perform a complete biomechanical assessment of you and your injury. They make note of your full medical and orthopaedic history and familiarize themselves with your lifestyle and the sports and recreational activities you enjoy. All of this information is integrated into a highly-personalized program just for you using current and innovative rehabilitation techniques.
Along with regular treatments addressing your injury through the newest myofascial and neuromuscular techniques, you can expect to leave the Clinic with a personalized program of your protocol with photos and descriptions. We will then provide follow-up support through email and phone calls to make sure you are on track towards your expected goals.
Overall, to maximize your physical potential to recover from an injury, or just to start on a safe and progressive exercise program, a personalized Stone Clinic program, rather than a generic formula, is the optimal way to achieve your measures of success. Below are our sample rehabilitation protocols that are customized to fit each individual based on their injury and recovery program.
