Traci Reilly was looking at a metal and plastic ankle implant. "I was told by another surgeon that my only option was a total ankle replacement, and that I would no longer be able to water ski. Fortunately a dear friend introduced me to Dr. Stone."

Kevin Stone was able to perform articular cartilage paste grafting on Traci's ankle. Six months later, after intensive rehabilitation, Traci was waterskiing again (see the photo above, taken by her 12-year old son Matthew).

Articular cartilage paste grafting is generally performed in the knee, but is also available for the ankle joint. The Stone Clinic is one of the few places in the world offering the procedure.
