As part of the Stone Clinic philosophy of pushing our patients to become
fitter, faster, and more powerful than even before they were injured, we
now offer these as individual one-on-one training programs with our rehabilitation
experts. Call to book. Athletes are taught how to perform self-assessment
comparing the formally injured knee to the uninjured knee. They are then
instructed on the latest training techniques for strength, power, flexibility,
and balance. Each patient leaves with a training program that will prepare
them to return to sports more confidently. Below are just a few examples
of the testing and drills that put our patients through the paces!
