Personalized Training Sessions to Keep Your Knees Healthy & Strong


As part of the Stone Clinic philosophy of pushing our patients to become fitter, faster, and more powerful than even before they were injured, we now offer these as individual one-on-one training programs with our rehabilitation experts.  Call to book. Athletes are taught how to perform self-assessment comparing the formally injured knee to the uninjured knee. They are then instructed on the latest training techniques for strength, power, flexibility, and balance. Each patient leaves with a training program that will prepare them to return to sports more confidently. Below are just a few examples of the testing and drills that put our patients through the paces.
