Stone Clinic Fitness Program - Being in good shape protects us from injury and helps us play with confidence. The Stone Clinic Fitness Program focuses on strong balanced muscles that feel electrified even when just walking down the street. Give us your 20 minutes a day, and we’ll show you how to get fit.

PRE-HAB to avoid Rehab. - TRAINING or Post Operative ACL/PCL Exercises
(approximately 6-8 weeks post-operatively) - Pre-hab is a year around multiplaner total body training program designed to help athletes avoid injury. The exercises utilize the "core" muscle groups to maintain muscle balance, strength, and stability. Pre-hab is ideal for all athletes of all ages and is particularly ideal for skiers, soccer players, tennis players, and climbers. If you are rehabilitating from a knee injury, these are also great exercises at the appropriate time. Consult with your physical therapist about starting them.

Year-Round Conditioning Program for Professional Athletes - The Stone Clinic Year-Round Conditioning Program for Professional Athletes offers a unique opportunity for professional athletes to train in valuable physical and mental conditioning programs led by world-renowned professional coaches and Olympians. The program is designed to enhance an athletes' performance in competition, to teach techniques to avoid injury in their respective sports, and to help injured athletes regain strength and agility for the upcoming season.

Stone Clinic Knee Camps - These clinics are of a lower intensity than the camps for Elite Athletes and coaches. We offer three annual "knee camps" in the late summer.  These are open free of charge to all current and former patients and to their guests for a small fee.

Variety is the Spice of Sports - Is that same old morning aerobics class getting on your nerves? Does the thought of running your usual eight laps around the track this afternoon make you want to scream? Would you prefer to catch a re-run on television then play yet another game of tennis at the club? If your usual workout routine is having the same effect on you, it's time to try something new. One of the best ways to keep things fresh and to get a total body workout is cross-training.

Conditioning for Life - Physical conditioning, strength training, and joint flexibility principles.

How to Speed Your Recovery from a Sports Injury - Anyone who has suffered from a sports injury at one time or another knows what it feels like to have restrictions placed on their activity. Nothing is worse than having to take time off from your favorite sport for an extended period of time. But if restrictions are necessary, what can be done to better prepare an athlete to return to their sport? The following steps will help you progress back into a sport while being cautious not to aggravate your injury.
